Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with cSociety, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Product Representation
We take great care to ensure that product images, descriptions, and specifications on our website and in our showroom are accurate. Please note that minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to natural materials, hand-finishing processes, or display settings.

We encourage clients to visit our showroom to view materials and finishes in person where possible.

Order Confirmation
Orders for made-to-order or custom products will only be processed once the required deposit has been paid and the order is confirmed in writing. The balance is payable prior to delivery.

Delivery & Timelines
While we strive to meet indicated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, shipping logistics, or customs clearance — factors that are beyond our direct control. cSociety cannot be held liable for any indirect loss or compensation arising from delivery delays.

Delivery is considered complete when goods are delivered to the client’s specified address or collected in-store.

Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns on stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Made-to-order and custom products are produced specifically for you and are therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing fault or damage in transit.

Damage or Defects
Clients must inspect goods upon receipt. Any claims for damage, defects, or shortages must be reported to cSociety within 48 hours of delivery. Where a genuine manufacturing fault or transport damage is established, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Care & Maintenance
Clients are responsible for following the care and maintenance instructions provided with each product. cSociety is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow recommended guidelines.

Force Majeure
cSociety shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or supplier delays.

Jurisdiction
All purchases and transactions are governed by Maltese law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
