Cosima Nest

Designed by kaschkasch, the Cosima Nest Collection shares the distinctive design language of the iconic Cosima series while introducing especially generous depth and embracing proportions. Its soft, relaxed silhouette creates an inviting place to curl up, stretch out and settle in.

The flexible modular system can be tailored to different interiors, beginning with a compact two-module sofa and expanding into larger straight, chaise longue and open-end compositions.

Available modular elements include:

• Small and large back modules
• Small corner modules for the left or right side
• Large corner modules for the left or right side
• Small Chaise Longue modules for the left or right side
• Large Chaise Longue modules for the left or right side
• Open-End modules for the left or right side

Preconfigured compositions include:

• 2 Modules with Small Corners
• 2 Modules with Large Corners
• 2 Modules with a Large Chaise Longue on the left or right
• Small and large 3 Module sofas
• 3 Module sofas with a Small Chaise Longue on the left or right
• 3 Module sofas with a Large Chaise Longue on the left or right

These elements can be combined and expanded beyond the preconfigured setups, allowing the overall size, orientation and seating capacity to be adapted to the available space.

The seat, backrest and armrests combine duck feathers and polyester fibres with supportive high-resilience cold foam. An internal construction of solid birch, plywood and engineered wood is supported by zig-zag spring suspension, balancing softness with lasting support.

As a natural characteristic of down-filled upholstery, the cushions will gradually adapt to everyday use and develop a softer, more organic appearance. Regular shaking and plumping are recommended to redistribute the filling and preserve their comfort.

Cosima Nest can be customised in an extensive selection of smooth weaves, textured and bouclé fabrics, velvet and corduroy, wool upholstery and traceable leather. Fabric-upholstered versions feature changeable covers, allowing the appearance of the sofa to be renewed over time. The design is FSC™ certified.
