Cubism Side Table

Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl, the Cubism Side Table celebrates the natural beauty of travertine through a minimalist and architectural form. Its tall, compact proportions make it suitable beside a sofa or lounge chair, while its sculptural presence also allows it to function as a plinth for displaying objects.

Cubism is crafted from travertine stone slabs and is available in two natural stone options:

• Travertine
• Silver Travertine

Travertine has an open surface characterised by natural variations in colour, veining, small voids and imperfections. These differences are inherent qualities of the material, ensuring that every table is unique. Its appearance will continue to evolve naturally over time.

The stone surface is polished and untreated. Coasters are recommended, and water or other spills should be removed immediately to help prevent marks and staining. Clean using a damp cloth or a product intended specifically for natural stone. Cleaning products containing acids, including citric acid, should not be used.

A protective stone treatment may be applied for increased resistance, although this may alter the colour and appearance of the travertine. A felt finish underneath the table helps protect the floor from scratches.

Extended outdoor exposure may cause colour changes and staining. When used outside, NORR11 recommends protecting the table with a waterproof cover or storing it indoors during winter.
