Naked Side Table

Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl, the Naked Side Table reduces its construction to a single expressive form. Its transparent silhouette reveals the entire structure, combining a thick circular tabletop with a column-like square body that feels sculptural and visually light.

Each table is individually crafted from a single piece of mouth-blown glass. Molten glass is shaped inside a custom mould and inflated with air before being tempered and carefully cut at the base to create a stable stance.

The glass is painted from the inside, helping protect the colour from everyday wear while preserving a smooth exterior surface. The table is mounted on a contrasting base of dark smoked oak.

Available glass colours:

• Amber
• Smoke
• Bottle Green

Amber introduces a warm golden tone, Smoke combines deep bronze with cooler grey nuances, while Bottle Green offers a darker and more grounded expression.

Small variations in glass thickness and occasional air bubbles may occur as natural results of the mouth-blown production process. These individual characteristics make every table subtly unique.

Introduced in 2025, the Naked Side Table combines traditional glassmaking techniques with a bold and contemporary form.
