Rivet Box Table | Aluminum

Designed by Jonas Trampedach, the Rivet Box Table | Aluminum is a versatile piece defined by industrial materiality and precise geometric construction. It can be positioned vertically or horizontally, allowing it to function as a side table, bedside table, storage unit or display pedestal.

The design is constructed from separate sheets of laser-cut aluminium, joined by hand using a hammer and a cold-forming riveting technique developed by Trampedach in 2014. This visible construction gives each piece a distinct, handcrafted character.

Crafted from untreated aluminium, the surface retains its raw and expressive character. Natural irregularities and subtle marks may be present from the outset, while continued use gradually develops an individual patina. The table is suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings.
