NY11 Chair

Designed by Rune Krøjgaard and Knut Bendik Humlevik, the NY11 Chair is a modern interpretation of the traditional Danish school chair. Its simple silhouette combines a handcrafted solid oak frame with an oak veneer seat and backrest, creating a durable and timeless design suited to both dining and working spaces.

NY11 is available in three configurations:

• No Upholstery: Oak veneer seat and backrest
• Seat Upholstery: Upholstered seat with an exposed oak veneer backrest
• Front Upholstery: Upholstered seat and front face of the backrest, with oak veneer remaining visible on the exterior

Oak finishes include:

• Natural Oak
• Light Smoked Oak
• Dark Smoked Oak
• Black Oak

The visible wood grain gives each chair a natural material character. Upholstered versions are available in an extensive selection of fabrics, leathers and colours, while the replaceable seat pad allows the chair to be refreshed over time.
