Instead of overwhelming your tastebuds, it adds a delicate and balanced garlic note that elevates any dish. The mill comes with a ceramic grinder which gives you finely ground spices. This releases the oils for more aroma and flavour in your dishes. Please note that the ceramic grinder is not available on the US market.
