Soho Dining Table | Ø 120 CM
Pickup currently not available
The Soho Table embodies the essence of architectural craftsmanship, drawing inspiration from the distinctive facades in SoHo, New York.
The idea for the design was sparked during a stroll through the neighborhood, where the fluted building facades left a lasting impression and is directly reflected in the fluted column that forms the core of the table. The fluted surface adds tactility but also creates a dynamic and shifting interplay of depth and shadows throughout the day, depending on how the light falls upon it.
Crafted from travertine, the Soho table features a column and a tabletop, designed to contrast each other. The tabletop, thin and light, stands in stark contrast to the column's robust and fluted base. An intentional interplay between heavy and light elements is part of what makes the table interesting. The surface of the table is treated with a Nano coating to resist light spills, ensuring practicality without compromising aesthetics, as the surface maintains its matte finish. Meanwhile, the raw and untreated column showcases the purity of the material, embracing the beauty found in its small voids and distinctive imperfections.
Material: Tabletop made of travertine, table base made of travertine slabs with artificial stone core. The surface of the table is polished and untreated. Please note that any treatment might change the colour of the stone.
Finish: Travertine / Silver Travertine.
Dimensions: Ø 120 CM | H 74 CM
Care: Travertine is a natural stone material, which means that every slab varies in terms of vein pattern and color. Travertine has an open surface, which means that if water is left on the surface for a period, it can leave marks. Therefore, we recommend using coasters for items that can leave marks and stains.
